As a golfer I am sure that you always want to make your game better. This is a game that takes brains and brawn. Being on top of the latest information is always a must. This is why you have been looking into the stack and tilt golf swing.

Number 1 – Hottest New Technique

This is not just a passing fad. This is something that has changed the way that people golf. Sometimes things are sitting right in front of your eyes. This swing was one of those things that almost passed people by but now they are using it to win.

Number 2 – Weight Distribution

The biggest difference you will notice with the stack and tilt swing is that the golfer is encouraged to keep his weight on the front food throughout the whole swing. This means that the weight shift people have been telling you to do would be gone during the backswing. If you were to do this swing you should start with about 60% of your weight on your front foot and then actually shift more of your weight onto the front foot when taking the club back.

Number 3 – Legs

As you know most teachers of the typical modern swing are going to tell you to allow the back leg to remain slightly flexed at the knee. This is not so with the stack and tilt swing however. The back leg will straighten out as it then pushes back towards the target. The result of this is what the front side of the body is stacked over the front foot and the trailing side of the body is titled towards the target and this is where you get the stack and tilt title of the swing.

While some seasoned golfers are not all for this new technique it has been shown that the stack and tilt golf swing may actually allow novice players to hit the ball more squarely and possibly more powerfully.

The argument for this swing can get quite complicated and if you are not so sure about your golfing lingo and all of the technicalities when it comes to golfing you may get lost. The best thing that you can do as with anything is to try it and see how it works for you. If you feel comfortable with it you may decide to pursue it further and perfect this swing.
