Competition makes the company offer good 24/7 customer service with a representative showing up at your doorstep within 24 to 72 hours. In comparison, cable TV may take more time in generating a response, depending on the available staff.Another perspective to customer care is the time it takes to restore services after bad weather conditions. Satellite TV typically resumes on its own.
Cable TV outages usually affect entire communities calling for large-scale restoration of service, which generally translates into longer time, resulting in a not satisfactory mood.
